This week is Volunteers’ Week.

Every day at CancerWise, something special happens.

A volunteer arrives early to help set up a fundraising event. A trustee joins a meeting to help shape the future of our charity. An ambassador shares our message within the community. Someone gives their time, skills or experience simply because they want to make a difference.

Often, these moments happen quietly. They may seem small on their own, but together they create something extraordinary.

This Volunteers’ Week, we want to celebrate each and every volunteer.

From our dedicated Trustees and Ambassadors to those who organise and support fundraising events, volunteer at collections, help with administration, share professional expertise or spread information throughout the community, each person plays an important role in the CancerWise story.

The impact of your contribution reaches far beyond the hours you give. It can be seen in the services we are able to provide, the people we are able to reach and the lives that are touched through our work. Your generosity helps us continue supporting those affected by cancer and ensures that no one has to face their journey alone.

What makes CancerWise so special is the community behind it. A community built on compassion, kindness and a genuine desire to help others. Our volunteers embody those values every day, and we are continually inspired by your commitment, enthusiasm and care.
